01.What can we expect from the experience?
Your session will feel easy, relaxed, and never rushed. I guide gently, keep things natural, and give your family plenty of space to connect.
Expect soft prompts, real moments, and images that feel warm, honest, and true to you.
02. Where do sessions take place?
I photograph families across Andover, North Shore, Merrimack Valley, and Greater Boston.
Some favorite spots include local fields, quiet trails, beaches, and charming neighborhood corners.
If you have a meaningful location, I’m always happy to meet you there.
03. How long does a session last?
Most family and portrait sessions run about 45–60 minutes, giving us plenty of time for natural moments, movement, and a mix of candid + lightly posed images.
Newborn sessions are typically 60–90 minutes to allow for feeding, soothing, and breaks.
04. How many images are included?
Your final gallery typically includes 15 fully edited images with the option to upgrade to full gallery for an extra fee.
Every image you receive is hand‑edited in my signature warm, natural style.
05.Do you help with outfit planning?
Absolutely. I offer styling guidance and can help you coordinate colors, choose flattering silhouettes, and create a cohesive look for your family.

06. What should we wear?
Soft, neutral tones photograph beautifully and keep the focus on your family.
I recommend avoiding logos, bold prints, and character graphics — they can distract from the emotion of the image.
Flowy dresses, textured layers, and simple color palettes always shine.
07.What if my kids don’t cooperate?
This is the number one worry parents share — and I promise, it’s okay.
I guide sessions with patience, playfulness, and zero pressure.
We follow your kids’ lead, keep things fun, and capture genuine connection no matter what.
08.How do we pay?
I accept credit card, ACH bank transfer (preferred) and Venmo (@samantaioriatti).
09.What is your rescheduling policy?
Life happens — especially with kids.
If someone is sick or the weather turns, we simply reschedule to the next available date.
No stress, no extra fees. I kindly ask that you let me know as soon as possible.
10.When will we receive our gallery?
Your proof gallery is delivered within 1–2 weeks. Your final gallery will be delivered up to 3 days after you make your final choices.
During busy seasons, it may be closer to 2 weeks, but I always keep you updated.
